In 2012, we launched an innovative, global redesign and ecommerce platform for Victorinox. “Companion for Life,” the brand’s official slogan, is wholly focused on consumers sharing their moments of security in carrying the iconic and enduring Victorinox products - from Swiss Army Knives to Luggage.
Relevant for both boy scouts and independent women on-the-go, the all-inclusive, omni-channel campaign delivers on the client challenge of a new, more emotional customer experience. Creative work includes an innovative narrative gallery, immersive voiceover audio, sharable focus points throughout each story and complete e-commerce integration. The platform also invited participants to share their own story and the response is echoed around the world (in 6 languages) as thousands of individual stories are added daily from Switzerland to South America.
